Elisabeth Hasselbeck may have been a spirited T.V. host for The View and is now a host for the Fox News morning show Fox & Friends, she’s also a dedicated wife, to former pro-football player Tim Hasselbeck, and mother to her three children.
Hasselbeck and her family own a gorgeous Colonial style mansion in Greenwich, CT. The 7,605 square foot home boasts three floors, 7 bedrooms, and 9 bathrooms. The third floor contains au pair guest quarters, a kids playroom, a spacious office, and a cedar closet.
Here are a few of our favorite features of this beautiful Colonial style home:
The entry into the home opens up to a spacious two-story foyer and entrance hall that leads to the back of the house where French doors open up onto the terrace and gazebo. We love the grey walls, crisp white trim and paneling, and the cherry red front door.
We love that there is no holding back when it comes to color in Hasslebeck’s home. Our favorite rooms are the living room and one of the kid’s rooms.
The living room has a bold color combination of coral colored walls paired with patterned cobalt blue chairs and rug. One of the kid’s rooms is painted in a stunning turquoise with a matching comforter and coordinating white and grey furnishings.
Located on 1.5 acres, the backyard is lush and green with plenty of space for the kids to run and play. There’s a gated pool and a stone-laid terrace across the back of the house with a gazebo furnished for entertaining. For the kids, there’s an adorable playhouse surrounded by a white picket fence.
While Hasselbeck’s conservative views may not ring with everyone, it’s easy to agree that this house is beautiful and perfect for raising a family. What’s your favorite detail?
