Celebrity Homes: Rock and Roll in the Slash Home

Even if you’re not a hardcore rock and roll fan, chances are you’ve heard of Guns ‘N Roses and their top-hatted guitarist Slash! He and his (now estranged) wife Perla Hudson have recently listed their Tuscan-style Los Angeles villa on sale for $11 million. Here’s your chance to go inside the Slash home and see how this rock and roll artist lived.

The 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom 11,000 square-foot home is located in the gated community of Mullholland Estates near Beverly Hills and includes neighbors such as Paris Hilton, Robby Williams, and Vanna White. Perla spent years decorating the home to perfectly reflect their rock star style.

Here are some of our favorite features of this completely custom rock star mansion:

Custom-Made Chandeliers

Everything in the home is custom-made, including the chandeliers throughout. In the dining room there are funky silver and black accented chandeliers above the dining room table and in the front entry there are two pirate ship shaped crystal chandeliers.

Rock Star Necessities

Since this is the home of a rock star we weren’t shocked to hear about the nightclub on the lower level, which includes a DJ booth, photo booth, LED lights, and dance pole. The lower level also has a private recording studio for Slash, a 12-seat movie theater, and a wine seller.

Outdoor Fun

For their two teenage children the backyard includes a 36-foot half-pipe skateboarding ramp and a gorgeous swimming pool and spa.

Country Kitchen

It may sound weird, but one of our favorite parts of the home is the huge yet understated kitchen. It’s simple, which is in contrast to the fun and flash found throughout the rest of the home. It has beautiful cream country-style cabinets and to die for double islands. We feel like it’s a space where a family can sit down and spend quality time together over a meal.
