This luxurious basement was completed with laminate flooring. The choice to go with laminate was based on durability, the need to install over a concrete subfloor and the ease of installation. Our customer said that this floor installed quickly, simply and is as durable as it is beautiful.

Interested in trying laminate or vinyl in your own home? We have some similar looks to choose from, keeping every budget in mind! Here’s some ideas:

Good: Quick-Step 700 Vanilla Swirl Maple.

Beautiful golden tones and highlights with a light commercial durability rating is the perfect addition to any room that will see it’s fair share of parties!

Better: Quick-Step Sculptique Sandy Blonde Hickory

Water resistant HDF core paired with a balancing layer will keep your floors looking flawless between game nights and wine tastings.

Best: Berry/Alloc DreamClick Pro Vinyl Palmer Oak Vinyl

The major perk of a vinyl is the moisture resistance! This flooring also has sound and acoustic dampening, plus chemical resistance. Don’t worry about spills with this!

  1. Where can I get that carpet? Could someone please let me know where I can get a rug like that? The blue and gold one.

  2. I would like a total price of the flooring.
