Special Installation For Kitchens?

As with bathrooms, there are certain precautions that you must take when installing in kitchens. A laminate glue must be used to seal the planks at the joints to keep water from seeping between them. Again, it is not recommended that you install floors with beveled edges in areas where water may be a problem. Fill in the expansion gap with a quality silicone caulk, especially in areas of higher risk (in front of the sink, dishwasher or refrigerator for example). Be sure to wipe up any spills as quickly as possible.
