Out with the old and in with the new-sa! Noosa Bistro, a local restaurant in Mentor, Ohio, recently moved to a new location and looked to Bestlaminate to find the perfect flooring to spruce up their Australian inspired bistro.

Welcome To The New Noosa Bistro
Owner’s Rob and Susan Stanovsek saw the opportunity for a family owned restaurant in the Cleveland, Ohio area and never turned back. The decision to relocate Noosa was only made difficult due to their desire to keep the local favorite, well, local. Fortunately, they found a location at the Diamond Center in Mentor and could continue serving their loyal Northeast Ohio customers.
The Design Inspiration
Relocating gave the experienced restaurant owners the opportunity to reinvent and redesign Noosa. When it came time to pick out flooring for the new location, they shopped local and visited our showroom to explore their options. Without much shopping, Noosa owner, Rob, found exactly what he was looking for.
“Noosa is an Australian beach resort town, so the theme has always been coastal. This floor looked exactly like an Australian Ghost Gum Tree. It tied in with my home country and with the town of Noosa itself. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was perfect and that was it. I was sold.” – Rob Stanovsek

When you compare an image of the native tree to the commercial vinyl plank flooring they chose, you can see why Rob and Susan were immediately taken by the similarities and had to have it in their restaurant.
