COREtec Plus HD 5” Newton Oak vinyl flooring is a beautiful light tan colored flooring that resembles real oak! The Plus HD collection utilizes Embossed In Register (E.I.R.) technology along with enhanced painted bevels, giving you a realistic look like no other. The patented construction of COREtec Plus Design features our innovative COREtec core structure, which is an extruded core made from recycled wood and bamboo dust, limestone, and virgin PVC. This flooring is 100% waterproof and can be installed in wet areas without swelling when exposed to water. COREtec Plus is inert and dimensionally stable; it will not expand or contract under normal conditions. Further, COREtec Plus never needs expansion strips in large rooms.
