COREtec Pro Plus HD 9" Cheshire Elm is a dark varied vinyl floor. The varied planks range from light browns to dark brown; each plank is slightly different from the next. This floor is perfect to add to any space that will warm up the room. The attached cork underlayment allows for a soft underfoot as well as a warmer feel to the touch. Cheshire Elm has a limited lifetime residential and 15-year heavy commercial warranty, as well as a commercial grade wear layer to stand up to high foot traffic.
