The ideal candidate for this role is genuinely excited to help customers. We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and communicative. The right candidate is a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast paced work environment. You’ll be on the phone, managing email and chat, assisting customers with product and order status questions – as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve any customer concerns. You’ll get to know our product line and become an expert at advising our customers.

This position requires customer interaction online, on the phone, and in-person to answer questions, create estimates, sell products, and process orders. Our customer service representatives are crucial in providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction, customer retention, customer referrals, hitting sales goals, and helping our business reach the next level.
