Job Duties:

  • Help customers with any questions they may have via phone, email and chat
  • Quickly understand customer needs and find practical solutions
  • Effectively communicate with current and prospect customers
  • Prepare estimates, quotes and sales orders
  • Follow up on estimates, and pending quotes
  • Effectively close open opportunities
