Flat Rate Fee Shipping

We offer flat rate freight shipping to the 48 continental United States. Your shipping rate will calculate upon checkout.

Orders above 5 boxes are qualifying for a flat rate freight shipping. Your order will be staged on a pallet and shipped as a residential, curbside delivery with a lift gate service. Moving your order inside is NOT included (garage, home, basement etc.). Flat rate does not include the following locations:

  • Restricted driveways or other restricted access areas
  • Rural areas where standard delivery cannot be scheduled
  • Downtown New York, Chicago and other major cities
  • Islands and areas with no bridge access to the main land

Free Shipping

Selected Flooring

For selected flooring, we offer free residential shipping to the 48 continental United States. Sometimes, in order to qualify for this free shipping promotion, a minimum purchase is required. Qualifying products will have this information listed on their individual product pages. These products are shipped as residential, curbside delivery with a lift gate service.

 

Underlayment

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping to the 48 continental United States. You can track your package online, using your FedEx tracking number. Normally, we expedite your order the next business day with an estimated transit time ranging from 1-7 business days. The package will be dropped off at your doorsteps. No signature is required.

 

Shipping Moldings

If you purchase moldings with your floor, there is normally no extra charge. If you purchase the moldings separately, a flat rate shipping fee will apply. Moldings are shipped separately in sturdy tubes through FedEx or UPS Ground. We will try to ship your order the next business day with an estimated transit time of around 1-7 business days. The tubes will be dropped off at your doorstep and no signature is required.

Tracking Your Order

Right after we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with the name of the freight carrier as well as a tracking number and website where you can track your order.

It is very important to provide us with your best contact number, so we or the freight company can reach you during the day – usually, a cell phone number is the best option. This will assure speedy communication, and a fast delivery.

The freight company will contact residential delivery customers when material arrives at the local freight terminal to schedule a delivery date and time. You may also contact the freight carrier in advance to arrange delivery and confirm the time.

If you miss your scheduled delivery time, or cannot schedule a delivery within 1-3 days, storage fees could occur at the freight terminal. Bestlaminate is not responsible for these fees.

There is no notification on commercial delivery.

For terminal pick up orders, we provide the terminal address and contact phone number. Usually someone from the freight terminal will call to notify you, but please stay in touch with the freight carrier to make your own pick up arrangements.

Shipping Your Order

Most of our orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after you payment is received, with the estimated transit time ranging from 1 to 14 business days.

All delivery dates are estimated.
Do not schedule an installation before your order arrives.

Guaranteed delivery can be quoted and purchased for an extra fee. Some unforeseen delays may occur and may be beyond our control. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays.

Orders requested with a different billing and shipping address may require additional verification before shipping.

We are proud of our shipping team. Every package and skid are carefully prepared and inspected before shipment to avoid damages.

Freight Orders

Your order will be staged for shipment on a pallet. We ship only with trusted and insured national freight carriers (including, but not limited to):

  • FedEx Freight
  • UPS Freight
  • R&L
  • Roadrunner

 

Small Orders
Smaller orders (5 boxes or less) do not require a signature. This also includes samples, underlayment and accessories. We ship smaller orders with:
  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Residential Delivery
  • All residential delivery orders are curbside delivery - drivers are unable to enter your home and you are responsible for moving all materials inside the home.
  • Shipping of orders containing 15 boxes and more will be scheduled with a lift gate service.
  • Each box weighs approximately 35 - 50 lbs., so be prepared and arrange for some help if necessary.
  • Boxes should be moved into the home or garage as soon as possible. Damage due to weather or rain is not covered under warranty or the BestLaminate return policy.
  • Someone must be there to accept the delivery. Whoever accepts the delivery must check the outside of the cartons for proper quantity /damage before signing documents.
  • You will be contacted by the freight company via the phone number you provided to us to set up a delivery time.

    Commercial Delivery
  • Commercial Delivery is for a location in a non-residential area (home businesses do not qualify)
  • There must be a shipping dock or forklift on the property
  • The business must be open until 5 pm local time
  • There is no prior delivery notification
  •  

    Terminal Pick-up
  • You can collect your order from the closest local freight terminal
  • It does not cover moving the items into your residence
  • Shipping will be priced the same as for commercial delivery
