Free Shipping on orders over $2,000

We offer free residential delivery on orders over $2,000 within 48 US States. Your order will be scheduled as residential, curbside delivery with a lift gate service. Moving your order inside (garage, home, basement etc.) is not included. Some exclusions and restrictions apply:

  • Subtotal must reach $2,000 before taxes to qualify for free shipping
  • Delivery to restricted access /driveways is excluded from free shipping
  • Rural areas where standard delivery can not be scheduled are excluded from free shipping
  • Downtown New York, Chicago, and other major cities Islands and areas with no bridge access to the mainland are excluded from free delivery
  • Free delivery applies to 48 US States only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping
  • Please call us at 1-800-520-0961 to quote shipping costs for the above locations.

Free Shipping on the underlayment 

Underlayment is shipped free of charge to 48 US States. Orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS Ground, or USPS. Normally we ship out within 1- 5 business days after your payment is received, with the transit time ranging from 1- 10 business days. Your order will be dropped off at your doorstep. A signature is not required. Moving your order inside is not included. There is no delivery on weekends and holidays. Moving your order inside is NOT included (garage, home, basement, etc.).

Residential Delivery via R&L Carriers:
R&L Carriers is a signatureless delivery system where the customer is not required to be present for the delivery. Delivery appointments are not available through R&L deliveries. R&L is still considered curbside delivery, however, the freight will be secured in a location to the best of the drivers ability. A photo of the shipment will be sent to the customer and Bestlaminate to confirm the product has been delivered. Any unforeseen weather conditions can expect a tarp to cover the product properly. If your shipment arrives with any damage, you must contact Bestlaminate within 24 hours to report per R&L’s policy.
