QEP Premium Cork underlayment can be used under ceramic tile, stone, marble, glued wood flooring and floating floor systems. It acts as a crack isolation membrane that resists transfer of stress cracks from subfloor through to flooring surfaces. It reduces thermal transmission, increasing the effectiveness of floor heating systems. It’s easy to install in both glue-down, click-lock, and loose lay flooring installations!
Gathering your supplies and tools needed for your installation will help you get the job done faster and smoother! Here are the basics needed for the Aquabar B underlayment:
- QEP Cork Underlayment
- Utility knife
- Broom or ShopVac

After laying a film (if needed), prepare to install the cork underlayment opposite of the flooring (cross-grain)
Step 5: Roll Out
