Versatrim, the leading molding brand in North America, offers high-quality laminate transitions. The Reducer molding features a lip that sits over the laminate, with room underneath for the expansion gap. The opposite side is tapered down, to provide you with a sloped surface- perfect for where un-even floor surfaces meet.
The reducer molding from Versatrim is similar to the End Cap, this transition piece is sloped on one side, essentially tapering off the floor as opposed to capping it. This piece is used for any transition where the two floors are not even with each other- laminate-to-tile/ wood/ laminate/ etc, where one floor sits higher than the other.
All Versatrim moldings feature a moisture resistant HDF core, with an Aluminum Oxide coating, to match not only the beauty but also the durability of your laminate floor! This quality is backed by a Lifetime Residential Warranty.
Please note that this will not be an "exact" match with your floor - we do Versatrim molding matching everyday and will do our best to match moldings as close as possible. Pictures of Versatrim colors may look different in different settings and are provided for initial reference only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on the screen will look exactly the same as the actual product.
Versatrim moldings are protected by a conditional limited warranty for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
The warranty remains valid if the molding is installed properly and maintained according to the manufacturer's installation and maintenance guide. The warranty is only valid for the original end-consumer and is not transferable. To read the detailed warranty information, please follow the links below:

When your project consists of multiple areas or rooms, we recommend drawing the spaces and dividing them into separate areas. Measure each area separately, and add each area into our calculator to get total square footage of your project.
