Coronavirus COVID-19 update from Bestlaminate

On behalf of everyone at BestLaminate, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers and community.

In response to recent events, we want to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and are taking guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities. Please be assured, we are taking all necessary steps to keep our employees and customers safe and are prepared to take any further actions as this situation develops.

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine announced that Ohio is under a "Stay at Home” order beginning Monday, March 23, 2020. During this uncertain times, essential business must stay open. BestLaminate is considered an essential business due to the fact that we provide essential infrastructure, and we will continue to operate during this difficult and unprecedented time.

We ask for your understanding and patience during this time with regard to your order. All shipments and deliveries are not impacted at this time, and our team is available to assist you via phone, email, or online chat. Our online store is available 24/7 at Bestlaminate.com

Our online store is open 24/7 and we invite you to browse and shop online. Orders will be processed as soon as possible.

Shipping and Deliveries
Orders, shipments and deliveries are currently not impacted, and all deliveries remain as scheduled. In the event you are unable to receive your scheduled delivery due to the illness, we are happy to re-route or reschedule your delivery at no cost to you. All freight carriers including UPS, Fedex, and USPS continue their service as usual.

Local Showroom
Our local showroom remains closed until further notice. We encourage you to shop online at Bestlaminate.com. You can order free samples, and view our floors in your home using our Room Viewer tool. All local returns or exchanges are by appointment only, and must be scheduled by contacting our team at 440-392-3333.

Local Pick-Up
All local pick-ups are by appointment only and must be scheduled by contacting our team at 440-392-3333. If you placed you order online, our Logistics team will call you to arrange your pick up or delivery.

Business Visitors
All visitors and meetings (vendors, suppliers, and business partners) are suspended until further notice.

Business Hours
Business hours are limited during this time. We will be open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm EST. This change will be in effect until further notice.
