Coronavirus COVID-19 update from Bestlaminate

On behalf of everyone at BestLaminate, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, customers, and community.

As COVID-19 continues to impact our world, our Willoughby showroom will remain closed until further notice. We’re committed to doing what’s best for our community and will do everything we can to help slow the spread of this virus.

Shipping and Deliveries
Bestlaminate and our shipping partners are doing our best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely. Orders, shipments, and deliveries are currently not impacted, and all deliveries remain as scheduled. In the event you are unable to receive your scheduled delivery due to the illness, we are happy to re-route or reschedule your delivery at no cost to you. All freight carriers including UPS, Fedex, and USPS continue their service, as usual, however, it is possible that some shipments may experience unforeseen delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

All local pick-ups are by appointment only and must be scheduled by contacting our team at 440-392-3333. If you placed you order online, our Logistics team will call you to arrange your pick up or delivery.
