We used this under our LVP on top of our subfloor. Figured out the trick to cutting it was to score the plastic side and then cut with scissors. So much easier than a boxcutter/carpenter knife. Very easy to use.

Nice product, i put it under a floating floor in a bedroom. Its thin so don't go sliding on it you got to be careful but does a good job dampening sound for being 1mm

If you are looking for something different and not wood looking like what everyone else has, THIS IS IT!!!!
